[HELP] Fences 2.13 fences missing and icons within. in Fences Stardock Forums

Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me here. I have a Windows 8.1 PRO PC with multiple monitors. The other day I noticed that all my fences and their icons were missing. I double clicked on the screen to make sure they weren't hidden and that did not help. I then restored the previous days layout and the fences all returned. Today, I just noticed the same thing happened again. I tried again to restore a previous snapshot of the desktop, but
