Hey, I've had 48 hours, tomorrow starts another two weeks in the field, and am once again lost at these forums. It took me a little time to find the area with the mods. I've become lost and can't find them again [e digicons]:|[/e] . In particular a mod made by Uzii with some additional planets that was zipped with 7zip encoding. Again Harpo, Thank You. I won't have time to 'update' my mod until August (unless I become extremly lucky and issues resolve themselves) so I'll let you know then. Maybe new forge tools will be out by then and I can add the other modifications I want then. William Nemesis
Thankyou harpo. So, I only have to add the line to ships (frigates and capitalships) and not the modified researchsubjects or modified stars? I still have a few hours to try it out, hopefully I get a chance to play a little in the field.
I had just finished a really cool mod (allowed more then 100 capitalships, larger star gravity wells which allowed between 4 starbases for a red star and as many as 8 star bases for a blue star, had resistance fighters from each of the races, and sometimes rebels would had capital ships, and tweeked some of the research subjects). Problem is it dosn't work with the latest update.
Look, I finally got it so everything flowed real nice. I had it the way I wanted it and it worked really good, except for the sudden crashes. I saw the update, backed up my mod, then updated. I updated only because the cause of my crash was addressed in the up date. Now what I worked so hard on for my personal enjoyment durring those rare occations when I have free time to play a game (a day or two every 8 or 9 months when I'm still on call) it is useless unless I
