go into the race config file and set race range to - number, i went for -100................make sure you do this to all races or they'll have a big advantage on you

scratch that, sorted it: Race name has to be same as display name in the raceconfig file..........who knew lol

having the same problem, when ever i select the race it goes to custom race set up, there are no files in the mygames that can be interfereing, anyone know how to fix this?

Scenario editor in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Help please, for some reason my scenario editor is setting the two races to be permanent allies, regardless of what i tell it to do. Ive checked the setting and it says permanent war so i dont know whats up

Borg tactical cube help in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Hey, ive been building the borg ships as placeholders until the epic star trek mod is released, and ive hit a snag with the borg tactical cube. I wanna put the armour plating on it, but its gotta be silvery/grey, and the colour system means whatever piece i use comes up as green or black. Any way to mae it so an extra isnt colour coded with the ship?????? Sorry if that isnt very clear but i think it gets the jist of what i mean across lol...

Any news on when the forum will be back up, and if its gonna be a while do you have any alternate download links for the mod and or any ship packs. Great mod guys keep it up.... One more thing, do you have any plans to make the ships modular components like the cool excelsior class in the library, as this allows for much more customisation and kitbashing thanx IanVanCheese
