I just purchased Galactic Civilizations 2: Ultimate Edition on Impulse and when I launch the game it opens the launcher with play game, manual, editors, ect. When I hit play game the screen flashes black a few times and windows pops up saying "Galactic Civilizations 2: twilight or the Arnor has stopped working."
