i had the exact same problem, except i tried to use the archive on a second pc so i didnt have to download twice (the first time i dl'd and installed worked fine) i made a thread about it a while ago but couldnt get a decent fix unfortunately, so im going to try and download it again on the 2nd pc in about a week (need to save for my download limit)

ah...thats another thing, but i wasnt sure if that was a bug or not, but all the achievements and favor items i got from singleplayer/skirmishes seem to disapear when i go online. is this because offline doesnt follow to online or is this another bug?

basically what the title says, i just played a pantheon game, my first actually, well, the first full game that i didnt get disconnected from, and it shows up on the pantheon database as a loss, just wondering if this is a bug or something

not sure what you mean by that but we've tried multiple ways simply copying the folder from program files: didnt work archiving from my pc. copy archive to his pc then unarchive using impulse: didnt work copying folder, then using impulse we clicked 'detect game' or something, that said it should have found the folder and made it look like it was installed: didnt work archiving, unarchiving AND doing the 'detect game' thing: didnt work all this was

Thanks kryo, for clearing that up. though technically atleast one of us should be allowed to login at a time. right?. The problem is he cant log in at all, and when he tries it forces him to download the entire game again.

its the weirdest thing. i just played an hour long game with me on my pc and my brother on the other and it worked like a charm. just when he plays online. iturned demigod and impulse off completely thinking it could be conflicting account/cd key, still no good

still no luck, in about a week or so i will try to download it again on the second pc, to save some download, hopefully this will help....not sure how else to go about this, tech support just tells me about archiving
i have had this problem, i did the archive thing and the game only works in single player, as soon as my brother clicks multiplayer it says that there is an update, which stardock then starts downloading the 2gb again. this is really frustrating as we've tried it multiple times. Though i have a feeling its because the account/cd key has already been used, but i dont want to download the game again just to test this theory

I bought and downloaded demigod two days ago via the website. Installed on my PC and am able to play it fine (minus the connection issues but thats another story :P) I want to install the game on two other computers in my house but im not sure how to go about it. I tried to copy the Program files folder to the other pc's. It asks for the cd key and the game runs when i run the exe. but when i click to play multiplayer the game tells me i have to download an update, it then goes back to Impuls
