Theft and resale of Treetog's Copper Deck Theme!!! in Community WinCustomize Forums

Hey, This guy is cutting up treetog's Copper Deck theme and selling it on http://forums.crackberry.com/f131/ion-kd-storm-edition-187502/ . As well as another graphic designers icons, I've seen them before but can't remember who did them. It is being sold as a Blackberry Storm theme.
