also, im trying to use impulse, but it keeps saying its outdated, wont let me log on, and wont respond to me selecting it to update itself

I bought a copy of galactic ci ultimate edition. THe only serial key on it is on the manual on the back coer attached to a sins of a solar empire ad. Tried some things like removing dashes or changing O to 0, but no good. If it helps, its labeled seriennummer Its not a collectors edition, and the registration page said that european purchases only had problems with the collectors edition. Anything im doin
