Dark avatar crashes after intro scene in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I bought and downloaded the ultimate pack and dark avatar crashes after the intro scene, yet Dread lords plays perfectly fine but Anor crashes when I try and start a new game. I have the latest driver and I have set the screen size to the one I use on my desktop as well, please help.
