HELP - Vista Ultimate deskskapes wont work in Animated Wallpapers WinCustomize Forums

my dilemma; i have vista ultimate with wicked computer spex and the updated drivers for vista ultimate, but when i download deskscapes it keeps telling me to buy it, but i though if you have vista ultimate you get it free?? wats goin on here? thanks so much...help is appreciated
