Cool, thanks everyone. I've been playing on the easier levels of the first GC2 just to get started. I'm having a heck of a time understanding the shipyard and making my existng ships better, and the manual is pretty weak on the subject. I've found a few gamefaqs so I'm hoping som tips will be in there.
Thanks for your reply. I think I'll finish my first sandbox game and then start looking into the others one at a time.
I just grabbed the Ultimate Pack after playing the demo for one day. I've now got Impulse up and have installed GC2. Should I play that through for awhile and then install the next one, and then the next one? Or should I just install all 3 at once and then start? I'm asking because there is a chance that the later editions will update the game engine so that the original looks/plays better than it would have if the later editions weren't installed.
