Impulse problem - unable to restore archive in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

Hi guys, I reinstalled Vista and I've been unable to successfully restore an archive I made of GalCiv2 via Impulse. The status says it's extracting files, then copying them, but at the end I still have the "install" prompt next to GalCiv2 instead of "play". There are no relevant errors in the Impulse error log, and the process looks to have extracted fine for the most part (1.1Gb worth of files in C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\GalCiv2, but no .exe).
