Yep happens to me every game I've played (Only played 2-3 games so-far tho)

1)How does morale affect approval exactly? I notice that a building provideing 20% morale dosn't increace the approval rateing by 20%. 2)How do Trade goods work? For example does the aphrodisiac provide a empire-wide pop bonus/would the Harmony Crystals Give a 20% morale bonus to all planets? Also If you "sold" a trade good to an AI player how does it work? Do they get the bonus instead of you
