Also, to search the forum, you can Google "site:forums.galciv2.com blah blah blah," where "blah blah blah" is the term you want to search for. For instance, to search for "flagships," you can Google "site:forums.galciv2.com flagships."

Similar thing happened to me when I first installed the game. Another issue I encountered was I could not start a new game, either. I just uninstall and reinstalled the game and had never had any trouble since. Good luck!
Hi all, Does anyone else have trouble with the search box in the forum? It appears that it doesn't matter what term I want to search, it always returns zero results. I tried to search for terms I know are in the threads, terms like "trade," "evil," etc., to no avail. I tried to search with both Firefox 3.05 and IE 7; neither worked. Any ideas? Thanks!
