Can Dread Lords be killed in Campaign? in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

I'm new to ToA, having played quite a bit of vanilla GalCiv2, so I was surprised when the Dread Lords popped up in the campaign I'm playing. They came after me with a dreadnaught, so I fought back unsuccessfully. I attacked with 3 fleets. The first two drained the Dread Lord ship to 1HP, but when I attacked with the 3rd fleet somehow the Dread Lord ship survived with 8 HP! What happened? Are they invincible? Because that would seriously suck. Their planet borders my ter
