Can't conduct diplomatic actions with humans in multiplayer in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

I started a multiplayer game for the first time with 3 computers and 1 human. I was able to conduct diplomatic actions with the computers, but double clicking on the human species planet in the diplomatic screen did nothing and the "Speak to" option was greyed out in there ranking window. Is there some other way to conduct diplomatic actions with humans that I am missing?

I am having the same problem as well, although mine gets stuck on that screen. The music still plays and the mouse still works. I even get sounds when I click, but no action and no movement on the map features. windows 8.1, Dell Inspiron 3520 Intel Core i5-3210M 2.5 GHz 8G RAM Intel HD Graphics 4000

I'm having the same problem. I have the latest version of the game. My computer specs below Intel i5 4GB ram 150 GB free space Intel HD Graphics 4000 A little disapointing

My espinoage tabe doesn't have an option that I can see for that. It shows my agents, it shows the two boards that shows where my agents are and where I can nulify, but if I click on the place button for an agent it goes straight to placing it on the star map. Is there a tab or a button I am missing? It looks exactly like the GC II original espinoage tab as far as I can tell. Thanks in advance for the help.

I am fairly new to GC II TA and have not been able to figure out how to passivly spy on a nation. I understand how to put spies on planets, but not how to put spies on a civilization in general. I understand there is probably a very obvious answer to this, but it has been driving me crazy. The more specific you could be the better. Also, I've never played a very long game, but how to do assend as a civilization into a super civilation where you are really good at military or commerce,
