I have this with the ultamet pack. Need to keep an eye on this one

I have the same problem as the guy before me except that it just crashes every time i try to start a new game... for any game. I started my first free map but after that any time i try to start a new one when it is loading the map it just closes, it is very iritating. I just purchased the game over the weekend and it would be nice to play it... Thank you in advance for any help
