I like having to upgrade the citedel as long as everyone works together good on the team. If it was we didn't have to upgrade them then it would be just like dota. So far dispite obvious flaws i love this game.

I have the same issue. Hour glass comes up for about 2 seconds then goes away and nothing happens. I just installed it on my other computer and it works fine. Wish it worked on my gaming box though. :( Great game though anyway. Love it.

I don't really think the charactors should be different but I do think it would be good if the buildings looked different.
