The Epic store shows I have the Expansion Pass, soundtrack and the Tales of Centauron in my library. I have the soundtrack. It was automatically installed in its own sub-directory. I didn't take any explicit action to install it. I did recently click on update for Galactic Civilizations IV Supernova & the Insider's Edition. The Tales of Centauron is not installed as far as I can tell. The DLC subdirectory in both the Supernova and Supernova Insider's Edition directories is

I purchased the base game, expansion pass, and supernova upgrade all on Epic. I have the soundtrack installed. The DLC is not installed even though the Epic store says I own it. Epic has not responded to my open ticket for 6 weeks or so. They won't let me open a new ticket. I added this problem to the existing ticket. Does Stardock know how to solve this?

I purchased Glaciv IV, the expansion pass, and Supernova upgrade on Epic. I just used the Steam key transfer service. On Steam, I now own only the base Galciv IV game. I do not own the Supernova upgrade, nor the expansion pack, nor the DLC. Was this what was intended with the transfer? Looking at Steam, it is difficult to tell what version of GalCiv IV I have. In my library there is no mention of Supernova. On the Steam store page it looks like on
