Question about TOA in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I was reading the summary of TOA and I discovered that they changed the world terrian from randomly generated to being previously drawn. I was wondering if you are allowed to revert the planet terrian back to being randomly generated. Thank you.
