Account expired in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I recently decided to start playing Galactic Civ 2 again, but came to a problem when I tried to get the updates for the game (after I installed the game on my new computer). Stardock says that my account is expired and has not told me how to un-expire it. Is there a way do to do that or am I bascily screwed?
