I didn't get this issue when I first started playing the DL campaign mode, but once I was a few missions in, it would happen every now and then. When I started a non-campaign game, it would happen within 20 minutes from starting, and then within 5 minutes loading from a save. I tried updating my video drivers from some of the links mentioned earlier but I got an error message saying that it didn't match my drivers or something. Here is the error log file:
