Hmm. I know of XSLT and CSS... is there some other form of XML stylesheet? I'm still a n00b at XML-specific stuff. I did use CSS to help me format the text for porting into table code. You could also use JavaScript to access the XML file using XMLHttpRequest, which would load XML into an object that JavaScript can read. Then you could use

Ideally: - By default it should search the body and author fields as well as title (ie: search *every* field). - Non-default search options could be made available by having an "advanced search" button that takes you to a search page with assorted options. Here's a good forum search page example: Link and another: Link - An author-only sear
(Note: Stardock employees, former employees and their relatives have been disqualified because they will get shirts anyway). Yes! I was sad when I saw the winners and my entry wasn't up there... but then, I saw those words. What a relief! By the way, Jaysie's Scavenger Hunt List is pure genius! I was laughing so hard. So where did you find Ji
Well, depends on what you call "a little out of date", I guess. Are 4 days within this time-frame? I didn't see the same thing in any other metaverse account, I calculated a few of them manually and they were all right. I still think it might be related to my resubmitting of scores. Also, if you have any games submitted that are flag
For some reason my metaverse scores don't add up correctly This may be due to server data that is cached. We calculate certain listed stats every few hours. What you might be seeing is some stats that might be a little out of date.
Hey Dark-Star! Are you sure Stardock employees are allowed to enter this competition?.....*goes off to read the small print* Even if by chance I'm not allowed, I still wanted to show everyone that I participated in the contest. I even had may dad hold the box for me while I take the shot. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile.gi

This is a test to see if the form can strip out iframe tags. This is text after the iframe.

I feel for ya man.. The waiting is the hardest part. uggg... .
I'm also having the problem with the Recent Posts thing being off to the left Sorry about that one. I'll make a custom CSS change for Opera users. I'm not sure about the image redownloading issue. I would imagine that is controlled by the browsers, as the image paths and file names on the page do not consitantly change (which might

GalCiv2: Cure for Cancer Expansion Pack
Hello GalCiv fans! I just wanted to know your feedback on a new feature that will be coming to the GalCiv2 website; The Metaverse! Similar to the original metaverse from GalCiv1 site, we want to allow players the ability to submit game high scores to our website, where they can be ranked against the best GalCiv2 players. The question is, what sort of medals would you like to see players winning. I'll give you some examples, and perhaps you, the players, can tell us wh
Man that's a lot of features added since Beta II. Impressive guys. The new beta is pretty neat looking. Anyway I can get a leaked "textured" version?
I must say Scott; your artistic talent is extraordinary. I can't draw organic objects worth crap except for mechanical objects, similar to ships like these. I'm impressed. Your shadowing is fantastic and you really make these articles exciting. I can't wait until you post again. Excellent work!
is it just me or does the starbase on the bottom right look lke a go'uld mothership from stargate Is it me or does the Starbase top Left look like a Cardassian Space Station from Star Trek:DS9.
You can re-download Stardock Central going to www.stardock.com/sdnet_login.asp and then login. Once you do that, it will then give you a link to download Stardock Central.
What does the inside of the building look like, Brad? More screen shots, please!
It is unlikely that dual monitors (or more would work) on a standard system since GalCiv2 is a DirectX game. The only way I can see GalCiv2 working on dual monitors is if you had special graphics drivers to "fool" DirectX in displaying across both adapters or using both RAMDAC's. The game itself would support wide screen, however, it's based on DirectX to figure out how to control both displays.
Servers should be back up now.. let us know if you see anything unusual.
