All factories strategy question in Strategies GalCiv2 Forums

I've read a little bit about this strategy. Apparently, you build just factories, and use focus for research. I have a couple questions. Is this a valid strategy for ToA? Does this mean you build factories even on Research Bonus squares? What about economic improvements? Do you build those as you normally would? How do you do the sliders? Just lock research at 0% and adjust mili
