ToA won't start on Samsung Q1b in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi all, I've got a small problem running this game on my UMPC. As far as I can see it should, hardware wise, at least start. This is not my main pc, but it would be great to be able to play a bit of GalCiv2 on the move. The problem is the game simply will not start i.e. I get nothing but a black screen after the initial launch screen where you select the game version, read the manual etc. I've looked around the forum and followed the advice e.g. latest video driv
