twilight of arnor won't start, please help in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

i recently bought the galactic civilizations 2 and the two expansions. While galciv2 and dark avatar seem to work fine, twilight of arnor will load and works fine up until after the opening cinematics, then it crashes. I get an error message that the program has "stopped working". I'm running vista home premium 32 bit. I tried running it in windows xp compatability mode and also tried running it as an administrator, but it still refuses to work. I also tried reinstalling it a few times. Heres
