Since its minimum requirements is DirectX 10, it will most likely be based on DX10 features mostly, except using DX11 as a performance boost. DX12 seems unnecessary since GalCiv3's demand on GPU speed should be moderate. Also, it is very unlikely that Win7 would get DX12 support and it's still unknown whether Win 8 and 8.1 would get DX12 support.
I think an "Influenced by empire" option would be an awesome idea.

Hello, so, I have the problem, that after an applying of a new WB skin, the Min/Max/close buttons and the border of the windows never change. I have Win 7 32 bit and I checked the Skins for Win7 compatibility, so I dont think it's because I picked some wrong skins. ( I have tried about 30 skins already, always the same problem...)
