Yes I feel like there are too many fertile locations in random maps also and that the desert option might be too extreme a soloution

I am having trouble being competative with Oracle Ceresa. The death magic / water magic combo seems weak to me. Could anyone give me suggestions on how to play the Empire of Resoln effectively?
