Themes don;t give me the wallpaper in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi guys. I'm new here so this has probably been covered before, but when I download a theme, i.e. the XBOX theme, all the buttons and stuff change, but I don't get the wallpapers that are shown in the preview picture of the theme. Could you please help? Thankyou.
