Hello? Can anyone help me?

Hi everyone. I'm having a problem with Planet Tooltips on my PC. When I mouse over planets there is no information that pops up. I was thinking the game might not have the feature anymore, but when I installed it on my laptop, the tooltips came up just fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
