I managed to download and activate the newer version but now i have a new new Problem. when i go to biuld new improvements on my planets the basic versions never show up until i research the next level of technology and some like the tech. capitol never show up any ideas??? THANKS

I'm on an extremely slow dial-up conection and I was wondering if there is any way to download the updates on a different computer and then transfer them with a usb flash-drive to the one my game is on???
