I can do that, but last night, after I found the thing in "run" app.... I found a link that said "Sins of a Solar Empire MCE (Shortcut)" And I kclicked on it. For the record I tried the one that just said Sins of a Solar Empire and the Sins Launcher, but neither of them worked. The MCE thing did though, so I moved it to my desktop, or rather, made a shortcut for the shortcut. Is this OK? Or did I just rip a hole in the time space web?

OK. Well I retyped the "C:\Proggram Files\ etc. etc." into the "run" application on my PC and I got a list of a whole bunch of different folders and stuff. Is that progress or am I still up a paddle with no creek? I mean....well, you know what I mean.

Is rebooting...like...shutting it down and starting it back up, or something different? Also, I'm using an admin account on my PC.

It's Windows XP. And the only thing it does is when I put in the cd, instead of saying "play game" it says "install". Same thing happens when I go throgh the start menu. It has me completely baffled.

OK. First off, this is probably the best PC game I've ever played, which is a massive credit to you guys, cuz I was sure there were no good PC games exept Sid Meirs and Age of Empires. Anyway. My PC is actin funny, or else it's my game, but EVERY SINGLE DANG TIME I START THE PC, I have to reinstall/ repair the game, or it doesn't work. Then, all works well, I have a blast kicking Human butt with my Vasari war fleet, and as soon as I quit and turn off my PC, it "uninstalls" the game, and the w

I just thought since this was a technical problems thread,......well, it made sense at the time anyways. My apologies.)

EUREKA!!! I got it. For any of you that have the same problem I did, where the menu always says "Install", here is the answer, as in deprth as I can get it. 1) If you haven't already, download and install Stardock Central 2) Click "tools" on the Stardock Central panel. 3) Scroll down the list until you get to "Register Products" and click on it. 4) A menu will pop up, look on the left side of it and you should see a lot of little icons. Click the one labelled, "Games".<

I need some help, maybe I should post elsewhere, but I figure since this is a quiting/ starting post, I can't do much better outside of making a new thread. Here's my problem--- Every time I play, it shuts down fine, but next time I try to get on, it puts me on the "Install" screen. I've tried to go through the windows start menue and starting from "my computer", but it doesn't work, I still get the startup menu with "Install" instead of "Play" or whatever it is supposed to be. Last time i got o
