need to find bits spilled over in forums.
Hi, I got a Stardock account and I know it was worthwhile to me. I am now thinking about pre-ordering GalCiv since I'll buy it anyway. I don't really have access to a computer other than the library's very often, but still sometimes... Is there a way to get both GC2 NOW (even if I play only twice in months) and TotalGaming.net only from when GC2 comes out (so I don't lose X months when I am not really using it)? Thanks, FuzzyMatrix, present
to be useful I guess. They did the same for Supreme Ruler 2010 I think (the game is going gold soon).

AngleWyrm, what are you saying?
person who don't even know GalCiv exists while they'd just loooove it!
Simultaneous turns for the reasons Solitair brought It would be my best and only wish really... the rest would be done correctly anyway so I don't bother.
ced and strategic" stuff can be of use: I don't want to click on everything to lurn "How to change your sliders"! Maybe that someone could disable the "green / basic" ones at will and the "red" type stay.
The principle is simple: If the tutorial mode is on, you have some interrogation marks ("?") in each place you can click to get information (of course you can make them visible or invisible, at will). These "?" are green, yellow or red. GREEN: Veeery basic... player playing for the first time. YELLOW: Middle water. RED: Strictly for strategic advices as can be found in GalCiv's manual (Brad Wardell goes onto different topics) or in the Orion Sector's

game forums: many in these forums would like a good mp, but most people buying Civ just aren't so fond of it.
An option could be toggled on so that you see interrogation marks of three colors (gree/yellow/red from newbie to advanced) to get tips about whattever the "?" is pointing at. This could be the tutorial, or it could be included when someone toggles tutorial on (and turned off by a "don't show it again" checkbox). "?" could have advanced strategic teaching which we had in this (wonderful) pdf titled something like "Unofficial Strategy Guide to GalCiv" from
t with no use? Risk has this function and it's GREAT. Even played with AI it's lot better. But GC is not in the same situation. So why should this passs over other innovations?
than as it is now, since it already represents it and if someone wants to take your place, he just comes and fights.
post", without being a "development outpost", could exist for military / economic / other reasons just as a starbase may bring certain facilities. But it would stop others from coming on the planet only to a certain extent: diplomatical.

ow, how would the AI fare with this?... Comments?
course existing also on "national" level, not only galactic. And a less powerful party at the national level would mean less leverage... Now, how would the AI fare with this?... Comments?

n the "Drengin network", then in its "Drengin get-tech-info "sub-network or "Influence Drengin planet XYZ" sub-network. This is just an example to its simplest version, but it says to which extent it can get simple.
