It looks like the Steam version launches with Twilight of the Arnor enabled by default but I can't find an option to choose a different expansion. I'm not talking about the campaign or anything, I just want to know how I can start a vanilla game of GalCiv2.. This is possible in Sins of a Solar Empire because the Steam launcher gives the option. GalCiv2 doesn't seem to have anything like this. The GC2Launch.exe file in the Steam folder doesn't do it ei
1 more question!I liked this game for the most part and easily spent several hours a night glued to it for a coupla weeks so far. I was also a fan of Homeworld I and II when it/they were new titles and played them a few months as well...Would I dig Sins of a Solar Empire?C.
The early screenshots of Sins game me a Homeworld vibe too, but the finished product isn't similar at all. I still like it a lot, though. (try the demo)
Thanks for the quick response. I suppose I'll just get the digital download. Paying an extra $35 (including shipping) for the Gold Box + TA vs. the Ultimate Bundle probably isn't worth it for a few printed manuals, especially considering that I can simply archive the games through Stardock Central.
I'm looking to buy the Ultimate Bundle Pack, but I'd prefer to have a hard copy + manual. The website says that it's a digital download only. And if it will eventually be available, is there any way for me to have a copy mailed to me after I purchase the currently-available digital download?
