Brad and SD Folks, Thanks for taking the extra time to put a polished product in the hands of the gaming community. Folks sometimes forget how they rant when they drop $50 on some half-baked turd that's not even playable until the third patch. It's nice to see a publisher/developer care enough about the product and the fanbase to spend an extra week of long days (and nights) refining what is already a very playable game (beta).

As kryo says. As an early adopter you are paying a premium to be the first kid on the block playing. If I buy C&C3 Kane's Wrath the day it launches, I'll pay full price. If I wait for 2-3 weeks, I'll get somewhere for $10 less. It's just like a movie - pay full ticket when it debuts or wait until it hits DVD and pay less.
I think piracy also appeals to an infantile ego. "Hey, look what I got 4 free - I'm so clever". Most mature people share the idea that you pay for goods and services - that's the basis of an economy and what drives innovation.
Is BOB stand-alone or do you require SOTS installed to play?
Tiberstorm - I have been using stardock software including the entire galciv series on multiple computers for years. I routinely screen for all forms of spyware/malware using several overlapping screening systems. I have never encountered this agent and I cannot find it when screening specifically for the agents you mentioned. No disrespect but there are hordes of good conspiracy sites out there you can better waste your time on. Play the games - have fun and relax.
