Hi, For GalCivII on mission one, I can't colonize three planets since there is only another one I can colonize (which is colonized by my allies if I leave it empty a few turns). The other planets have already been colonized except for the class-0 planets. How to I beat this mission? Thank you

GalCiv2 spawns as a process which is handled by the kernel (like every other application), it sounds like you have a system problem.
