I sent an email two days ago asking if a screen shot of the receipt and pictures of the disks would work yet not response. Should I just send them a screen shot of the receipt and pictures of the disk? Or should i wait for a response before sending it? I checked my ticket and it says Status: Open Priority: Received

Would a screenshot of the purchase from my order history from amazon be enough, or a screenshot of the invoice? Because i purchased it 2 years ago. And i never registered the game. Not on this computer or my old one.

I never registered the game. But do you want me to take pictures of the disks and send them to you? Cause i can do that i have the disks with me right here. Yeah well i wasn't sure if i had already registered it so i did the resend serial number but it didn't contain one. Which meant i never registered it.

I have reinstalled Galactic civilizations dread lord and I have recently moved and i have lost the jewel case for galactic Civilizations Dread Lords but i kept all my discs in a bin so i wouldn't lose them. Any way i can find the serial number without purchasing it again? I have it on another hard drive i used before i moved, but i want to update the game because i am now using Vista
