I'm in the middle of a Gigantic game (it's just on normal, but go easy on me, I just started). Anyway, greatly enjoying the game, not the strongest empire by any means (in fact I would probably get my butt kicked in an all out war), but I am slowly gaining power. However just when it is getting fun, I get a notice that one of the AI is going to win a Tech Victory, I honestly thought I had turned Tech Victory off, but I guess not. Is there anyway to edit a save game, change op
