Nope, the trasnport have moves left. I even wait for the next turn and try again, and again... A screenshot would help? Any oter ideas?

Hi there. I'm new to GC and Dark Avatar. I been playing for 2 days now and i'm having an issue. I get rid of all the ships of the enemy planet, now i have my "transport" ready to take the planet, but the transport wont do nothing when i rigth click the planet. I noticed a green radioactive icon in the planet, so i search for it in the PDF manual and it says it's a "toxic world". Now, i now that i have the requiered tech to conquer the planet (because the icon is green, not yellow or red) but
