Gold Edition Won't Install - Need "setup.W13" "setup.W28" Files in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Just got the "Gold" game it's fresh out of the box, but the "setup.W13" file is corrupted - locks up at 47% - also on the second disk the "setup.W28" won't copy to my harddrive. The files are only 40meg is there any way to get a clean copy of these? Then I could just run the install off the hard drive.
