As far as I read (e.g. in the manual), the Thalans wanted to travel back in time far beyond 2225. They just failed (time travel is complicated after all, or so I've heard).

Hi, I wanted to do a conquest victory this time. I allied with the Korx, because I thought I could break the alliance later. Now, only they and the Drengin Empire is left, and I wanted to defeat the Korx before going on the Drengin. However, if I want to attack the Korx, the games says I had to break the alliance first. How can I do this? I wanted to bribe the Drengin for attacking the Korx, but they are friends by now ... Is there a way to break alliances?

Hi, I bought Galactic Civilizations German Gold Edition. First I didn't figure out how to install Dark Avatar, but I didn't mind since I wanted to play DreadLords first. But now I would like to install it. I uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it with Dark Avatar. Could it be that in the German Gold Edition there is no DarkAvatar? (I wouldn't mind if I only could install it on English)
