ok i understand the problem now so i saved it as a 16 color bitmap and it looks awfull isnt there a trick to change the system so you can use at least 32 colors or more ???

i did save them as 16 color bmp i actuly cut the loading image from the background psd so i dont think they have different colour palettes or am i wrong ????

i have created my first bootskin, it has a windows royale kind of theme but there's 1 problem bootskin doesn't recognise it (:( [link="http://www.freewebs.com/marviestuff/RoyaleTheme.bootskin"]this is my bootskin[/link] i tried evryting but the program doesn't recognise it so i've downloaded an other bootskin and pasted mine over it in photoshop so i had the sizes and evryting perfect, [link="https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=9544&libid=32"]The skin i
