Dragged into war in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

So, I have a bit of a dilemma. I've been playing Galciv 2 on and off for a while, but I have a consistant problem with the game. Everytime it comes up with the prompt "such and such has declared war on such and such, as a civilization with similar beliefs are our own, will you help us fight this war?" (I know thats not exactly what it says, just ad libbing) But even if I click "No" it tells me that I've declared war. This gets really irritating in my last few games, as those altarians keep decla
