I have GCII Dark Avater running on Windows Vista. When I colonize a new planet, I'm not getting an option to build a Starport. Any ideas why this is happening? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. However if I install in a brand new fresh copy on another system running Windows XP, I have no problem with the Starport appearing in the Planetary Improvements list. Keith [email protected]
