I have this problem, too, mainly with Word and Excel 2007, even although I have them both set not to be skinned by WB.

Thanks, all. Mysteriously, it has migrated back to the correct position - perhaps due to the behaviour mentioned by Excalpius. Yes! I can get it to drag now, so I'll do that if it happens again.
Thanks for your suggestions. It won't let me drag it. And it's a tabbed dock; it doesn't let me specify the monitor on the positioning tab (the ordinary dock does).
