Windows Blinds isn't working!! Help Please!! in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

So I just installed Windows Blinds for the first time EVER and it's not working Everytime I try and change the skin it goes back to Windows Classic! The only one that is loading is the Windows XP theme and the Classic theme, I don't want that o.o Any help? I read that I should post this so here we go... Mine is doing the same thing but only this is the only time Ive installed it. I don't understand??
