I seem to get the same problem, but also sometimes all the techs suddenly double in research time for no apparent reason, I'll try and get a save game of it and send it.

hi, just finished a game with arceans and I dont think the cathedral of valor works, I had three class 14-20 planets that where full of them and one on each planet I owned (about 15), but they seemed to do nothing to my soldiering. I've checked in the improvement editor and it says the +2% bonus is given, but the game seems to do otherwise.

I was having a look at the tech tree editor and messing around with it a bit and wondered if there was some way that I could bring techs over from one tree to another? For example, giving the iconian tech tree more planetery invasion techs like ultimate shock troops and such. If there wasn't a way, I'd like to see one implemented because it would speed up some things quite a bit, especially if you just want to "combine" two tech trees.

iconians aren't meant to be a tech race, they've got tons of arnor technology but they barely understand most of it.

Dunno if I've missed someone explaining why, but the drengin get -25 to diplomacy and the korath doesn't have any negative. surely if anything the korath should have an even greater negative to diplomacy than the drengin?

just a few things I want to know. has there been a reduction in colonization anomalies? they where great fun but I rarely see them these days. there where a bit to many on the games release, but now its very rare to find any. why the reduction in extreme planets? it was one of the biggest gameplay changes in dark avatar and now there seems to be so few of them I havent gotten any of the extreme colonisation techs for months. do you think there should be an option to change the occura

That would be fantastic. stupid having to use our own imagination....grr....

Does anyone find that for annihilating an entire planets populance there should be a little more? I mean, there isn't a movie, a picture or even a message at least! When I got DA I was thinking there'd be a little movie showing the spores floating down onto a city or somesuch, but there isn't anything. Anyone agree?
