I saw this in the downloads page: Update your retail boxed version of Galactic Civilizations II to the latest official released version: v1.40X English Edition. I am also having problems with getting Stardock Central to work.

So I guess I have two questions, 1. Is my Dread Lords edition already 1.40X? 2. Is my Dark Avatar edition already 1.6? I only ask this because I have dial up, so downloading patches is a pain, and I also cannot find any link to a 1.6 Dark Avatar patch, which is making me think that 1.6 is the release version. Thank you everyone!
