GalCiv2 Version 1.50.128 : Everything spins way too fast in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I just bought Gal Civ2 yesterday and installed Stardock, and via Stardock the latest patch My Problem already starts at the Race Selection screen. The ship which is shown in the lower right corner rotates at a very high speed. Later in the game itself, the whole starmap starts to spin like crazy (and as a result I cant't play), but only after I tried to scroll around with the mouse. My System: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual 3800+ 1 GB RAM Graphic
