Influence bug (I think) in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Whenever I load a saved game, My influence on my newer colonized planets have a substantial decrease in influence. I have all of the updates and I'm playing DA on a small sized map, which shouldn't matter. Maybe it's supposed to do that since it would be very obvious, but if it is it really doesn't make sense.
