Dark Crusade is a fantastic game. The campaign is way more in depth with a riskesque style world map where the 7 races have their own starting locations and try and conquer eachother. You move your army around the world map and when you move into enemy territory it turns into the standard rts battle that you played in the original. You can build bases that persist throughout the game so when you conquer some territory and the enemy tries to get it back, any buildings you built before remain to d

I just use a common acronym that represents my empire (D.S.S for my current custom race) and whatever name I feel suits the ship. I tend not to name any ship that's smaller than medium hull.

Yeah, it always hits me every game. Not only that but it seems to hit me at the most inopportune time too.

I had messed up my game by half installing the Star Trek mod and recently did a clean swipe and reinstall. I updated dread lords and DA as well. When I run the game, everything works fine and I can play it just fine except that all of the text on the menus, titles, descriptions and pretty much everything else is invisible. I can click on everything and through memorization I can play a whole game...but it is a considerable inconvenience. All help is appreciated.
